Here's Mehari-san paper toy - unofficial mascot for Wakayama Prefecture, Japan.
The mascot's name and design is inspired by the meharizushi - a type of rice ball covered in pickled mustard leaves and is Wakayama Prefecture's most famous local cuisine.
